On September 19, 2026, The Challenger Foundation gathered artists, community leaders, wellness advocates and supporters at Fort York in Toronto for its inaugural Art Meets Wellness Gala.
Through live performance, recognition, conversation and connection, the evening celebrated the people creating positive change and introduced a broader vision for bringing art, wellness and leadership together.
The inaugural event marked the beginning of a longer journey—not the entirety of the Foundation’s work.

The Art Meets Wellness Gala is a signature gathering and fundraising platform for The Challenger Foundation.
Our long-term ambition is to turn inspiration into opportunities for education, creativity and community connection—including the developing Courage Project, which is designed to bring accessible mental wellness workshops and facilitated creative experiences to communities.
Gala support contributes to the Foundation’s wider mission; specific funding allocations and program commitments will be determined through approved budgets and agreements.
